"Several weeks ago we had a water filtration system fail causing water to flood our lower part of our home. As we were away for several days the leaking water completely covered the lower level of our home damaging almost all the contents. We filed a claim and an adjuster visited our home. After one month due to communication failure with the adjuster, we visited with Marla Rogers today, our State Farm Insurance Agent, for help in understanding the status of our claim. Within 2 hours we received an update from Marla explaining the status of our claim. This demonstrated to us an exceptional level of customer service provided by Marla Rogers, our insurance agent.
