"I love these folks. I'm a horrible customer. I always need some information that I forgot to keep or one of my complicated antique cars ends up in a situation we have to undo. Or I move and forget to tell them. They always are super cool with it. And they're nice, to boot! I've been a State Farm customer since I was 15 (I'm 51 now) and I've been with Marla Rogers ever since I moved back to Greenville. Her team is as-advertised, like good neighbors (and patient, too)."

"I worked with David who I have worked with before I told him what I was looking to do with my auto insurance in my homeowners insurance and he was very diligent professional answered all the questions I had and gave me a very reasonable quote which I hundred and then went back to him and asked him about tweaking it a little bit with regard to deductible amounts and difference in premiums and he worked those up for me also very professional gentleman working with a very professional branch of State farm Marla has a good crew."

"Amanda is great to work with. She was incredibly helpful when we had not one but, 2 claims at the same time. the prices good, I also want to say (read your policy), they dont cover anything. They verbally told 10,000. to $13,000. coverage on old coins & jewelry. 3 plus years later we are missing $11,775. old coins, from cleaning lady. Iam not covered for anything. Iam also a Licensed general contractor, since 1982. I rebuilt 7 houses from Helen, the people that had allstate & statefarm had very little money to work with, statefarms was the only company that paid the claim after the job was completed. I had Travelers for over 20 years. I never should have shopped around to save $300. Dont do bis verbally with this company. Set down with them & go over everything"

We agree with you and encourage all our customers to read their policy, however we do offer in person and over the phone reviews to make sure our customers understand and are confident in what is covered by insurance and what is not. As we we spoke about on the phone, the only way to insure coins (money), is to have a personal articles policy to ensure your coins are protected. These plans are inexpensive, are covered for direct damage, and do not have a deductible. As we discussed there are specific documentation we required upon insuring speciality items. We are happy to discuss your concerns further with you directly. "

"My husband and I have been working with this agency for several years switching from Allstate. We're very pleased with our service and see nothing that should be changed. Last our car was hit and then totaled. David, Amanda and Collette were each very helpful with not only the initial claim, but also the many questions. Marla has a wonderful team working with her!
